East northeast of Gibbon. Octagon house. Built by William Nutter
in about 1890. Two story. At one time a porch surrounded the house.
There appears to have been a structure on the roof where a cupola would
typical be. Whether one could walk on the roof within what appears to be
a guard or railing is unclear.
